Welcome to the Sub2 Cookies Policy, which sets out details of the cookies that Sub2 Technologies Limited (“Sub2” or “we”) or third parties use on the www.sub2tech.com website (the “Site”)

This Cookies Policy explains what cookies are, how we use cookies, how third-parties we partner with may use cookies on the Site, and your choices regarding cookies.  Please read this Cookies Policy in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which sets out additional details on how we use personally identifiable information and your various rights.

What are cookies

Cookies are small pieces of text sent by your web browser by a website you visit. A cookie file is stored in your web browser and allows the Site or a third-party to recognize you and make your next visit easier and the Site more useful to you. Cookies allow Sub2 to serve you better and more efficiently, and to personalize your experience on our Site.

How Sub2 uses cookies

The cookies that are used on our site fall into the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: These are cookies that are required for the operation of our Site. They include, for example, cookies that authenticate user and allow us to offer Site features.
  • Analytical/performance cookies: These cookies allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors to our Site and to see how visitors move around our Site when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our Site works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily. We use cookies to compile visitor statistics such as how many people have visited our Site, how they reached our Site, what type of technology they are using (e.g. Mac or Windows which helps to identify when our Site isn’t working as it should for particular technologies), how long they spend on our Site, what page they look at etc. This helps us to continuously improve our Site.
  • Functionality cookies: These are used to recognise you when you return to our Site. This enables us to personalise our content for you, greet you by name, and remember your preferences (for example, your choice of language or region).
  • Targeting cookies: These cookies record your visit to our Site, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. This information will be used by us and third parties to make our Site and the advertising displayed on it more relevant to your interests. We may also share this information with third parties for this purpose.

The table below sets out the cookies that we use on our Site, and their purpose:
