Tony has worked in multi-media channels for 30 years. These include online media, database marketing and TV, Radio & Press. He was the founder of Transactis Ltd with Chris Morris, which they successfully sold in 2009. After selling Transcatis, he co-founded Sub2 in 2011.
Matthew has been involved in digital and data driven marketing 20 years. Prior to Sub2, he was Abacus UK Managing Director, Abacus being a leading marketing services provider and has served as an elected board member of the Direct Commerce Association.
Tony has over 20 years of experience in the Direct and Digital Marketing sector. He has worked in a variety of roles covering Sales Management, New Business, Key Account Management, Partnership development and Senior Management.
Chief Technical Officer
Brendan Pey has been employed in data management, database and database systems application development since 1988 and has been responsible for the development of some of the UK’s largest customer & prospect data management systems. Brendan founded greenstone data solutions ltd., and still operates as lead systems consultant for greenstone and its affiliated companies.
Ciara has over 20 years experience in direct marketing and enabling clients to implement ROI focused analytical solutions. Ciara was instrumental in building the transactional co-operative databases at both Abacus and Transactis and the 2Share data cooperative. Ciara has unique insight in deriving data led solutions into multiple digital channels and the Sub2 SaaS applications
Chief Digital Officer
Paul has 17 years’ experience in digital marketing split across ad tech companies, agencies and consultancies. He brings a deep specialism in multi-channel campaign planning, activation and optimisation combined with a strong background in audience data profiling, modelling and investment indexing.
Client Services Director
Chris has worked within digital and data driven marketing for over 12 years working with Lifestyle, Financial and Transactional datasets both on and offline. Working to implement and develop long term commercially successful solutions with clients, Chris is well placed to deliver ideas, results and return to the Sub2 client base.
Client Services Director
James has worked within both the online and offline data world for a number of years, with a big focus on maximising the use of data for essential marketing decisions. James is both process driven and creative’ ensuring Sub2 clients get the most out of the Sub2 product offering.
Vikram has over 20 years of experience in IT. Starting his career as an IBM Certified AS400 professional to currently working as Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. Vikram has been working in digital and data marketing for last 15 years for such well known businesses as TATA, Betfair and Acxiom. Vikram is well placed to design, develop and deploy Sub2 products and developments across our client base.
Technical Implementation Director
Prior to joining Sub2, Roger worked in the travel industry for major providers for over 20 years from in resort services call centres and e-commerce. Day to day Roger helps clients on-board with Sub2 and implements system developments and ensure that clients receive continued seamless service from Sub2.
Jon has been delivering data, database and CRM solutions to UK clients since 1999 for publishers, sales promotion and marketing agencies. In 2003, he founded greenstone data solutions ltd, one of the UK’s most respected and fastest growing database bureau.
Founder of leading consumer targeting companies Abacus Direct Ltd and Transactis Ltd, Chris has 20 years’ experience of data driven marketing to make retailers products and services more relevant and profitable. Chris is also a non executive director at Talent and Leadership development specialists Call of the Wild.
Head of Programmatic
Robin has been trading since October 2015, working in the ad tech space and with major platforms including Google, AppNexus, Facebook and Amazon.
In his former role, Robin founded his trading team and practices for new offices opened in Singapore and Sydney, gaining knowledge and experience internationally.
He has a keen eye for innovations within the digital advertising space and is passionate about improving how advertisers look at attribution across channels.
Sulayman’s knowledge revolves around both marketing & advertising technology. He has vast experience with a proven track record in helping clients acquire, on-board, engage & retain customers. Sulayman is a strategic planner with a passion for the tech space, who is ready to effectively tackle customer challenges and maximise the growth opportunities for their business.
Matthew studied computing for over 6 years, before joining Sub2 as a graduate. His degree had a strong focus on software and web development. Matthew has previously worked and volunteered with a variety of sales organisations and event companies.
Mark has over 8 years of experience with media services and advertising agencies. He has worked in a variety of roles covering layout and code development, technical and graphical design and creatives servers management. You can find him attending music festival and gigs.
