The role

Sitting in the analytics team, you will:

·      Report on key metrics, analyse and interpret trends in data

·      Be the go-to person to answer any ad-hoc queries that require manipulation of internal & external data sources

·      Revamp our self-serve Power BI reporting

·      Build relationships with stakeholders in the commercial and media teams to understand each client’s needs and proactively identify opportunities with generation of complex insights

·      Become an expert in GA4 and potentiate its features for tailored analysis

·      Build reports that showcase the Machine Learning models the team is working on

·      Identify requirements to get additional data sources that will contribute to the development plan


Essential Skills:

·      Educated to degree level in a numerate/scientific subject

·      1-2 years of experience in marketing analytics

·      Proficiency in performance reporting

·      Proficiency in SQL and Power BI

·      Ability to be self-driven, proactive, well-organised and display strong attention to detail

·      Exceptional stakeholder management skills

·      Ability to translate complex technical model outputs to a variety of audiences


Nice to haves:

·      Experience in the retail sector

·      Experience in Google Analytics

·      Coding skills in Python and/or R

·      Familiarity with Machine Learning models
