Tony has worked in multi-media channels over 25 years. These includie online media, database marketing and TV. He was the founder of Transactis Ltd with Chris Morris, which they successfully sold in 2009 and is now an industry leading UK data company. After selling Transcatis, he co-founded Sub2 in 2011.
Matthew has been involved in digital and data driven marketing for over 15 years. He currently heads up the Commercial side of the Sub2 business working with clients and partners alike. Prior to Sub2 he successfully ran Abacus UK, a leading marketing services provider and has served as an elected board member of the Direct Commerce Association.
Tony Munday has over 17 years of experience in the Direct and Digital Marketing sector. He has worked in a variety of roles covering New Business, Key Account Management, Partnership development and Senior Management. When not working with his team to deliver the best outcomes for clients he can be found on the golf course attempting to reduce his handicap!
Chief Technical Officer
Brendan Pey has been employed in data management, database and database systems application development since 1988 and has been responsible for the development of some of the UK’s largest customer & prospect data management systems. Brendan founded greenstone data solutions ltd., and still operates as lead systems consultant for greenstone and its affiliated companies.
Operations & Insight Director
Ciara is a founding member of the team here at Sub2 and has over 15 years’ experience in direct marketing enabling clients to implement ROI focused analytical solutions. Ciara was instrumental in building the transactional co-operative databases at both Abacus and Transactis and has more recently developed the 2Share data cooperative, harnessing the power of browsing data in real-time. Ciara has unique insight in deriving value led solutions from multi sourced/channel data.
Client Services Director
Chris has worked within digital and data driven marketing for over 12 years working with Lifestyle, Financial and Transactional datasets both on and offline. Working to implement and develop long term commercially successful solutions with clients, Chris is well placed to deliver ideas, results and return to the Sub2 client base.
Prior to joining Sub2, Roger worked in the travel industry for major providers for over 20 years from in resort services through to call centres and e-commerce and so is ideally placed as Operations Manager at Sub2. Day to day Roger helps clients on-board with Sub2, deliver developments and ensure that clients receive continued seamless service from Sub2.
Jon has been delivering data, database and CRM solutions to UK clients since 1999 for publishers, sales promotion and marketing agencies. In 2003, he founded greenstone data solutions ltd, one of the UK’s most respected and fastest growing database bureau.
Founder of leading consumer targeting companies Abacus Direct Ltd and Transactis Ltd, Chris has 20 years’ experience of data driven marketing to make retailers products and services more relevant and profitable. Chris is also a non executive director at Talent and Leadership development specialists Call of the Wild.
Vikram has over 20 years of experience in IT. Starting his career as an IBM Certified AS400 professional to currently working as Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. Vikram has been working in digital and data marketing for last 15 years for such well known businesses as TATA, Betfair and Acxiom. Vikram is well placed to design, develop and deploy Sub2 products and developments across our client base.
James has worked within both the online and offline data world for a number of years, with a big focus on maximising the use of data for essential marketing decisions. James is both process driven and creative’ ensuring Sub2 clients get the most out of the Sub2 product offering.
Starting out in the market research industry, Gareth now has over 13 years of experience in database management, CRM solutions and campaign management. Focusing on various areas over that time period Gareth is well placed to ensure the quality and integrity of the large datasets that Sub2 deal with as well as playing a key role in the implementation of solutions.
Shailen has over 10 years of experience in Data, Marketing & Client Management having worked in Radio, Press and Online during that time. An intelligent professional with a proven track record in building and developing customer relationships, providing excellent levels of customer service and providing measureable marketing solutions for clients.
Steve has over 15 year’s experience in marketing and risk analytics for the likes of Centrica, Disney, the Financial Services Authority, GE, and Willis Towers Watson. He has built predictive analytics solutions on some of the UK’s largest consumer databases.
Matthew studied computing for over 6 years, before joining Sub2 as a graduate. His degree had a strong focus on software and web development. Matthew has previously worked and volunteered with a variety of sales organisations and event companies.
Business Development Director
Lee has over fifteen years’ experience in data-driven and digital marketing, gained at number of leading marketing services organisations. Lee has led and delivered a range of marketing solutions for brand owners, covering customer acquisition, analytics & insight, and customer contact strategies. He has an excellent track record in developing strategic relationships and delivering value to Sub2 clients.
Business Development Director
Charlie has worked within the direct marketing industry for over 10 years. Always in a commercial role, she has experience in offline data solutions working for both lifestyle and transactional marketing services provider, most recently heading up channel partnerships for Transactis. Her experience is focused around building long term relationships and delivering sound solutions to clients.
